LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION SERVICES

MVP Irrigation will design and install a complete or partial landscape irrigation / landscape lighting system on your property. Our highly qualified service consultant will develop a detailed plan, providing layout of all sprinklers, lighting fixtures, valves, transformers, and controllers. Our installation teams will carefully and professionally install the system in a timely fashion, providing minimal disruption to your landscape.

WINTERIZATION

In the fall, we will winterize your irrigation system by completely blowing out all water from all components, preventing damage due to freezing. This is absolutely required to preserve your system and guarantee against freeze damage. Our technicians use a high volume air compressor to get all the water out of your system so the pipes and heads do not freeze during the winter. This process usually starts in the beginning of October and continues through November.

SPRING TURN ON

In the spring, we will turn your system back on and perform a complete system check-up ensuring that all components are functioning properly. Our skilled and trained technicians thoroughly examine your lawn sprinklers and irrigation system for winter damage, such as resetting the clock and timer, checking the battery, adjusting sprinkler heads, and making any necessary repairs to the system. This process usually starts at the end of March and continues through early May.

ADJUST LIGHTING

And with the changing seasons we will adjust your transformer so your lights are turning on and off with the appropriate time of day.

SOD INSTALLATION AND DRAINAGE IMPLEMENTATION

Sod – Sod is a wonderful way to create an instant lawn. We will measure the area for your lawn & deliver & install sod.

Drainage – We install drainage to allow your downspouts & sump pump drains to drain properly.

LATEST EQUIPMENT FOR MINIMAL DAMAGE

We use the latest equipment for all our installations. We use a cable plow to pull pipe so as to cause minimal damage to existing turf. We also have a horizontal boring machine to dig beneath sidewalks and driveways. We fully guarantee the workmanship on all of our new installations.
